By using fleej.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms apply to the website itself. If you engage us for work, the scope, price, timeline and obligations for that work live in a separate written agreement, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this page.

This site describes services offered by Fleej. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a guarantee of results, or professional advice for your specific situation. Descriptions of services, timelines and packages are indicative. What we will actually do for you is defined in a written scope.

You agree not to:

• Submit false information, or someone else's details, through our forms
• Use the forms or booking tools to send spam or unsolicited marketing
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its database or its admin area
• Scrape, crawl or copy the site at a volume that degrades it for others
• Copy our written content, structure or design for a competing business
• Use the site in any way that breaks applicable law

We may restrict access to the site for anyone doing the above, without notice.

Booking a call through this site is free and puts you under no obligation. We ask that you turn up or cancel in advance, since these are held slots. We may decline or reschedule a booking, and we may decline to work with a business where we do not think we can deliver a real result.

The content, design, copy and code of this website belong to Fleej. You may read, share and link to it. You may not republish it as your own or use it as the basis for a competing offering.

Work we build for a client is a different matter: under our client agreements, you own what we build for you, including the code, workflows and documentation. Third party tools used inside a system remain subject to their own licences, and accounts for those tools are held in your name.

This site embeds and links to services we do not control, including the Cal.com booking calendar and any external sites we reference. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

This website is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate, fast and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information on it is complete or current at every moment. Service descriptions change as our offering does.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fleej is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability arising from client work is addressed in the relevant client agreement rather than here.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
