About Fleej

We build the systems that catch what your business is dropping.

Fleej is an AI automation agency working with US local and small businesses. We build custom AI sales and operations infrastructure, then maintain it.

Why we exist

The pattern we kept seeing

Working with small businesses, the same thing came up over and over. Owners were being told they had a marketing problem, so they spent more on ads. The ads worked. The leads arrived. And then the leads sat.

A call rang out during a busy hour. A DM arrived at 9pm and got answered at 11am. An ad lead landed in a platform nobody had opened that week. A promising conversation got one follow-up and then stopped, because the person who was going to chase it got busy. None of that is a marketing failure. It is a response failure, and it was costing more than the ad spend that created it.

Most businesses don’t lose because of poor marketing. They lose because leads are handled manually, inconsistently, and too late.

Fleej replaces human delay with automated systems that respond in seconds, qualify intelligently, and move every lead forward without friction.

That is the whole business. We build the infrastructure that answers immediately, qualifies consistently, routes correctly and follows up until a lead is actually resolved. Then we keep it running, because a system nobody maintains stops being an asset within months.

What we are

An agency, not a SaaS company

This distinction matters more than it sounds, so it is worth being direct about it.

A SaaS company sells you software and hands you the configuration. If it does not fit how you work, that is your problem to solve, usually by changing how you work. You pay monthly whether or not you ever got it running.

We are hired to build something. We map how leads actually reach you, design a system around that, engineer it, test it against your real edge cases, and maintain it afterwards. You are buying an outcome and an engineering team, not a login.

We use tools inside that work, and we say which ones: n8n, GoHighLevel, ManyChat, WATI, Retell AI, Twilio and others, plus custom code where nothing fits. Those are components. What you are paying for is the system engineered on top of them, which is the part that determines whether any of it works.

How we work

Four things we will not compromise on

Speed beats polish

A good-enough answer in ten seconds beats a perfect one the next morning, every single time. Almost everything we build exists to compress the gap between a customer reaching out and getting a real response.

Generic tools fit nobody exactly

Off-the-shelf automation assumes a business shaped like the average of all businesses. Yours is not that. The gap between 70 percent fit and actually working is where the revenue sits, and it is the part nobody sells you.

A system nobody maintains is a liability

Automation that quietly breaks is worse than none, because you stop checking. Everything we build is monitored and alerted, and fixing it is our job, not a support ticket you file.

You should be able to leave

Your accounts, your data, your documentation. We would rather earn the next month than trap you in it. Lock-in is a business model for companies whose work does not stand on its own.

The team

Small, senior, and the people who actually build it

Fleej is a lean team. That is deliberate, and we would rather say so than imply a department that does not exist. The person who scopes your system is the person who builds it, and you will not be handed to an account manager after the contract is signed.

It also sets an honest limit: we take on a small number of builds at a time. If we are full, we will tell you when we can start rather than take the work and do it badly.

See exactly what you’re losing to missed and slow-handled leads

Book a 30-minute call. We map your current lead flow, show you where it leaks, and tell you exactly what we would automate first -- whether or not you hire us.

No pitch deck. No obligation. You keep the audit either way.
