Privacy Policy

Fleej (“Fleej”, “we”, “us”) is an AI automation agency. This policy covers fleej.com and the forms and booking tools on it. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@fleej.com.

When you submit a form or book a call, we collect what you enter, which may include:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone number, if you provide one
• Your business name and industry, if you provide them
• Whatever you write in the message field
• The page you submitted the form from, and campaign parameters if you arrived from an ad

We ask for this so we can reply to you and prepare for the call. Please do not send confidential client data, health information or payment details through these forms.

Like most websites, our server records technical information when you submit a form, including your IP address and browser user agent. We use this to prevent spam and abuse of the form.

If analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and move through the site in aggregate: pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and which pages lead to enquiries. Google sets cookies to do this. We do not use analytics to identify you individually.

• To prepare a relevant recommendation for your business
• To provide services if you become a client
• To understand which parts of the site are useful, in aggregate
• To prevent spam, abuse and fraudulent submissions

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a form. If we ever start sending a newsletter, it will be because you explicitly asked for it, and every message will let you leave.

We share information only with the service providers that run this site and our operations, and only so far as they need it to do that job:

• Our hosting provider, which runs the website and its database
• Our email provider, which delivers the notification of your enquiry
• Cal.com, if you book through the calendar embed, which handles your booking details under its own privacy policy
• Google Analytics, for aggregate website analytics, where enabled

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially useful and then deleted. If you become a client, we keep records for the duration of our work together and for as long afterwards as we are required to for tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong

• Ask us to stop contacting you
• Block cookies in your browser settings, which will disable analytics

To exercise any of these, email hello@fleej.com. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR, and we will honour those.

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise, but we take reasonable technical measures to protect what you send us and we limit who can access it.

This site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on this page rather than buried in a revision.
