The software your business needs, built by the team that automates it.

When a workflow outgrows off-the-shelf tools, we build the product. Internal platforms, client portals and fundable MVPs — shipped as real software you own outright.

We map where leads are leaking today and what we would automate first.

No spam, no sales sequence. We reply personally, usually within a few hours.

The problem

You have hit the ceiling of what tools can do for you.

  • Your process is genuinely different, and every SaaS you try fits it about 70 percent.

  • You are paying for five subscriptions to do one job badly, and the stitching between them is a spreadsheet.

  • You have a product idea that needs to exist before a competitor builds it.

  • Agencies quoted you six figures and six months for something that should take weeks.

  • You were handed a no-code prototype that cannot scale, cannot be exported and cannot be handed to a developer.

Capabilities

What we build

Production software with tests, documentation and a deployment path — not a demo that collapses under real users.

Product MVPs

The smallest real version of your idea that users can pay for, built to be extended rather than rewritten after the first round of feedback.

Internal platforms

The operational software your business actually runs on, replacing the spreadsheet-and-subscription patchwork holding it together today.

Client portals and dashboards

Branded portals where your customers see their data, submit requests and self-serve instead of emailing your team.

AI-native features

Conversational interfaces, document processing, classification and generation built into your product — our core competency, not an add-on.

Integrations and APIs

Connecting your software to the systems your business and customers already use, with the API surface documented.

Auth, billing and multi-tenancy

The unglamorous foundations that decide whether a product survives its first hundred customers, handled properly from day one.

Process

How we build it

Six to twelve weeks for a first shippable version, with working software in your hands throughout — not at the end.

  1. STEP 1

    Scoping sprint

We pin down what the software must do, what it explicitly will not do in v1, and what success looks like in numbers.

  2. STEP 2

    Architecture and design

Data model, tech choices and interface design agreed before a line of production code is written.

  3. STEP 3

    Build in visible increments

Weekly working builds you can click through. You course-correct continuously instead of reviewing a surprise at the end.

  4. STEP 4

    Test, harden, deploy

Automated tests, security review, performance work and a real deployment pipeline before launch.

  5. STEP 5

    Iterate on real usage

Once people are using it, we build the next things based on what they actually do, not what we assumed.

In practice

What we get asked to build

The kinds of problems that end up needing software rather than a workflow.

Agencies

White-label client portals with reporting, approvals and billing, so the agency stops emailing PDFs.

Real Estate

Deal pipelines and investor dashboards that mirror how the firm actually works, not how a generic CRM assumes it does.

Coaches & Consultants

Course and cohort platforms with progress tracking and community, owned outright rather than rented monthly.

Local Services

Field-team job management with scheduling, photo capture and customer notifications on mobile.

B2B

Internal tools that automate a specialist process no commercial software covers, built around the existing team.

Startups

A fundable MVP built fast enough to test the market, and solid enough that the next engineer does not start over.

Questions

SaaS & MVP Development, answered

Do we own the code?

Entirely. It lives in your repository, on your infrastructure, under your accounts. We hand over documentation with it. If you want to take it in-house or to another team later, nothing stops you.

Is this no-code or real code?

Real code. We use no-code tools where they genuinely fit — often inside automation work — but a product that needs to scale, be audited or be sold is built properly. No-code prototypes tend to become expensive rewrites.

Why hire an automation agency to build software?

Because most of what businesses want built is a workflow problem wearing a software costume. We have spent years on the workflow side, so we tend to spot the version of your product that is half the size and does the same job.

What if the scope changes mid-build?

It always does, which is why we build in weekly increments you can see. Small changes get absorbed. Genuinely new scope gets quoted separately before we start it, never discovered on an invoice.
