The Scientific Committee for the Research Conference that accompanied the 28th Arab Music Festival held under the title "Music and Society in the Arab World" made several recommendations as a result of interventions and debates that open new horizons to activate the music role in Arab societies and what they can contribute to cultural , artistic and social mobility. It was as follows:
First: Forward to activate Arab Music Day, where it was recommended to invite the ministries of culture in all Arab countries to activate the celebration of Arab Music Day on March 28 each year, with a variety of musical activities contributing to the participation of the largest possible number community members in all categories, especially children and young people. Official and unofficial technical bodies as well as specialized academies and institutes in a way that helps consolidate Arabic music in all its forms and tributaries in the hearts of the Arab peoples.

Second: Invite the artistic institutions and institutions of the Arab world to pay attention to the musical creations of women by including works by creative women, especially those forgotten in the Arabic music concert programs, publishing a book to introduce the forgotten creators in the Arab world and document their work and re-presented in various media to inform the public, especially young people of their heritage, encourage creative endeavors. Serious Arab women are musical and find ways to provide, support women's bands and adopt the distinct and overcome difficulties.

Third, to encourage the interest in collecting and documenting the songs of the child produced in the state media and reintroducing them, and paying attention to the production of the new, which takes into account the artistic foundations of the child's song with emphasis on the aesthetic elements associated with his musical heritage to consolidate his musical identity.

Fourth: To invite anyone organizing music conferences in the Arab world to provide a platform for young people to present their artistic experiences and express their visions on current music issues, especially with regard to the dialectics of the relationship between youth and its musical heritage, and to invite young researchers from master's and doctoral students to present and discuss their dissertations.

Fifth: Invite the official art institutions and opera houses of the Arab world to pay attention to the artistic experiences of the creative youth and discuss them and find a mechanism that allows the Arab youth to interact with the serious musical works of the Arab world through discounted tickets or concerts dedicated to them.
