"Self-service" and "Redistribution of Citizens" to promote Emiratization


The second session of the government's annual meetings was adopted at a meeting of the Emirates Group, three initiatives aimed at involving private sector citizens and creating new jobs for them in the light of future changes that require the use of artificial intelligence in the labor market.

Innovative initiatives

The initiatives include a redistribution policy between government and the private sector, which is a mechanism for job rotation between the two sectors, involving the task of skilled and competent people from the public sector to work in private sector management centers with the goal of expanding the career path and increasing citizens' needs of working in the private sector, In order to achieve Emirates 'goals in development plans and to increase delegates' confidence through the experience of working in the private sector.

The government's working group has adopted the initiative to establish a common portal for self-employment of qualified persons to support domestic initiatives. The portal connects national skills with the various programs and services through which they co-ordinate with public and private sector companies and take advantage of their skills to ensure their rehabilitation. And incentives for companies that use them to use national competencies.

The government has also adopted the "continuing vocational system" which is an integrated system where federal and local authorities participate and develop so that they develop continuous learning programs aimed at raising the level of labor competences in the labor market and ensuring that the skills of the workforce are matched with the future skills that required by the labor market in the country. Continuous and proactive learning of the labor force in line with technological developments and future trends and its impact on labor and occupation in the labor market that will help improve the skills of the labor force and improve productivity in new skills that meet the needs of the labor market.

Stimulate the private sector and increase the proportion of Emirates in order to achieve balance

Achieving balance in the labor market is one of the objectives of the UAE government.
