Even Thierry Henry does not seem to be able to settle on Monaco.
On Tuesday we fell again – with 4-0 at home against Club Bruges.
It's an understatement to say that former Grandfather Thierry Henry has had a tough start at work as a new Monaco coach, a job he sought after replacing Leonardo Jardim on October 13th. In the league there have been two losses and two crosses since Henry arrived – and when the team was set home against Club Brügge in the Champions League fourth round on Tuesday, the team was excelled.
The match ended 4-0 to the guests and according to the statistics service Opta, it was the last time ever in CL contexts that a French team released three goals in the first 25 minutes at home.
Monaco is now in group A with only one scored and 2-10 in goal difference when two rounds remain.
In the league game, Monaco is the second last of the 20 teams with only one victory in twelve rounds.
