SAN FRANCISCO. Tesla will be replaced by former chairman and founder Elon Muska as new chairman, Robyn Denholm. An American electric car manufacturer said this in his comment.
Musk's features were handed over last month for the investigation of financial supervisors.
Over a period of more than four years
Tesla said that Denholm, who has worked as chief financial officer for Telstra's largest telecommunications company Telstra and led his strategic department, will be in charge of a full-time job.
Tesla has been in session since August 2014.
Musk surprised the financial markets in August when he wrote on his Twitter account that he is considering taking Tesla and withdrawing shares from public trading. He added that he had funding for his purpose and that he would offer an amount that was significantly higher than his current market value.
Later, however, he said he was still negotiating with potential investors and no agreement had yet been concluded.
The Stock Exchange Commission then filed a trial claiming that the statement about Tesla's takeover and repurchase of shares had no real reason, was untrue and misleading, led to stock exchanges and chronic investors.
But shortly thereafter, the Commission agreed with Tesla and Musk to determine the charges.
Tesla and Musk agree to pay twenty million dollars, and Musk must resign from the chairman of the board for at least three years. He may, however, be Tesla's General Director.
