Argentina coach Mario Ledesma has made five changes in his side to meet Ireland at Aviva Stadium on Saturday (Live on RTÉ2, 18.30).
The Pumas are performing for the first time since they finished their Rugby Championship campaign with 34-45 home defeat to Australia last month.
Bautista Delguy comes in on the right side of Matias Moroni while Tomas Cubelli begins scrumhalf instead of Gonzalo Bertanou.
In the package Guido Petti goes to No. 7 from lock with Matias Alemanno at 4 and Marcos Kremer drops out of the squad.
Veteran hooker Agustin Creevy is the only member in the front row to keep his place together with Santiago Garcia Botta and Santiago Medrano, but he has succeeded as captain of 25-year-old flank Pablo Matera.
The squad plays all for Buenos Aires-based club teams Jaguares, who reached the quarterfinals in Super Rugby this year.
Eight of XV started the 28-19 defeat to Ireland in November.
