Coronation streetSally Metcalfe promises to leave the cobblestones next week after another row with her evil father-in-law Geoff.
Sally (Sally Dynevor) realizes that she can not continue to live so close to Geoff after the evil side of the schedule reappears.
Next week’s episode sees Sally decide to do an impromptu garden party as Faye Windass’ boyfriend plans to visit.
Unfortunately, while Sally, her husband Tim, Faye and Debbie Webster are all eagerly awaiting the arrival of Faye’s love interest, Geoff (Ian Bartholomew) suddenly appears in the garden next door and tries his best to destroy their collection.

Tim is angry at his father’s slap in the face and Debbie encourages him to take revenge. Unable to resist, Tim picks up an ice bucket and sucks his father.
Later, Debbie makes a surprising move of her own when she consciously tries to make the tensions even worse.
Debbie calls number 6 and tells Geoff that Sally has beaten him. Divided over this, Geoff looks red – and it is not long before Sally and Tim discover that he has a shovel in rage.
Debbie tells Sally that she could not cope if she had to live next to someone like Geoff.

Sally agrees that it will be a real problem and soon tells Tim that she is putting the house up for sale and wants them to make a fresh start away from Geoff.
After completing her new plan, Sally is happy to be offered the full price for number 4.
Abi Franklin is worried that Sally and Tim might leave, but Debbie encourages them to accept the offer.
The new plot looks to make Sally and Tim the latest target for Ray Crosby and his twisted plan to buy Coronation Street, one property at a time. How long does it take for everyone to realize that Ray is planning to bring in the bulldozers?
