The upgrade to Honor Stadium began with the installation of a new lighting system and the installation of a natural lawn. This new lawn will be ready next February, according to the steering committee. The next step will include layout and refurbishment of changing rooms, installation of a press room and a weight room. Additionally, new locations and surveillance cameras will be added, in addition to the layout and equipment of a zone reserved for journalists.
