Jovita Juodsnukytė, pharmacist at Eurovaistinė, says that the most important vitamins for strengthening immunity, memory and eyes are now less noticed by customers. Vitamins C, D and fish oil are most often used to maintain immunity.

Vitamins C. He is almost always a customer favorite. Vitamin C comes in various forms – syrups, capsules, tablets. All forms of vitamin C are well absorbed by the body, but best – liquid forms, especially those that are liposomal. Capsules and long-acting vitamins are also absorbed very well, as they are gradually absorbed by the body, so it lasts longer.
