US football star Carli Lloyd could soon change his own statements to American Football and play in the NFL. They had requests, as a kicker in the NFL, to change the 37-year-old in an interview with Sports Illustrated.
In the event of a change, Lloyd would be the first woman ever to play in the NFL. "Everything is possible," she told the magazine. At the time, she said she was a footballer and she was to see the future.
Background is a video telling the World Champion of 2015 and 2019 how she scored a field goal from a 55-yard takedown in training for NFL clubs Philadelphia Eagles and Baltimore Ravens. The NFL record is only nine yards away from 64 yards.
She said she was invited to a club training and just wanted to shoot a few Field Goals, she said. A section of the training makes it public on Twitter.
