The Motorola Moto Z4, G7 and G7 Plus smartphones tipped to start in 2019

Motorola is not in the best position on the smartphone market for now. Sales of Motorola-branded smartphones have decreased and everything seems to indicate that the company will continue until they get a major backlash in its production. Motorola has not been able to go straight into the high-end flagship segment for a while but focus more on the mid-range smartphone market to compete with Chinese manufacturers like Xiaomi, Honor and etc, where it has several interesting options like the Motorola One and all variants of the Moto G6 series.

The Moto Z3 was the only flagship phone that the company launched this year. But unfortunately, it was only available in the United States and never debuted in other markets. The smartphone design also seemed more 2017, which made it inseparable from other unscrupulous flagships like Samsung Galaxy Note 9, LG V40 ThinQ and etc. Although the smartphone's USP was the addition of Moto Mods because one of them could also enable 5G network compatibility, they could future the devices add more features. Now, Motorola is working with the future Moto Z4 series promising to compete with the best flagship models from 2019.

The Moto Z4 smartphone will be launched in 2019 and, according to a Twitter user, Andri Yatim, the device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8150 processor with a storage Android experience. Similarly, the smartphone comes with a MotoMod 5G accessory to utilize the future networking system and would be one of the first in the market to present it. Smartphone will be available in two different configurations with 6GB RAM and 64GB ROM or with 128GB internal storage option.

The two closest smartphones launched in the mid-range of the company's lineup would be the Moto G7 and G7 Plus, which could be distinguished by its design with a water drop as screen display and Glass Back, with the Moto G7 with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor inside, as well as 4GB of RAM and 32GB / 64GB of internal memory. All this, supported by a 3000mAh battery, and preinstalled Android 9.0 Pie as the operating system. While the Moto G7 Plus smartphone should contain an unknown Snapdragon 700 Series processor with 4GB RAM and 64 internal memory.

Because there is no mention for the Moto G7 Power or G7 Play smartphone, these devices may either be launched later in 2019 or eliminated from the G Series due to poor sales. The three Moto Smartphones are expected to start at MWC 2019, in Barcelona. The price of the leaked smartphones is not yet known, but with the upgrade of a powerful chipset and glass reproduction, the G Series series can get a bigger price increase than its predecessor.
