Calgary Stampeders quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell left Saturday's match against BC Lions late in the fourth quarter with an obvious shoulder injury.
The 29-year-old veteran finished 23 out of 24 passes for 252 yards, two touchdowns and a tapping against the lions. Mitchell ended a short throw to the receiver Markeith Ambles before leaving the game.
"It looks like a shoulder, but I mean I don't know if it was on the pitch or if something happened early," said starring Dick Dickon after the victory. "Instead of speculating without any information, we wait and see and leave. . "
Backup quarterback Nick Arbuckle took over for Mitchell at the center and led two late touchdown units to give Calgary recurring profits.
