Drinking tea daily reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, found researchers from the University of Western Australia.
They analyzed data from a 23-year study.
It meant 53,000 people. 12,000 of them had a sick heart.
Experts compared the eating habits of the experiment and concluded that consumption of products containing about 500 mg of flavonoids protects against ischemic disease, stroke and peripheral arterial disease. This is probably explained by the anti-inflammatory properties of this element.
The stars also love to drink tea – see evidence in the gallery below:

Such a quantity of flavonoids is found in a cup of tea. Researchers also recommend giving alcohol and cigarettes because they eliminate the benefits of flavonoid consumption.
