After four launches caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the proof of the second phase do XXXI Unified Order Examination of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) will be applied this Sunday (6th), all over Brazil.
It is the first major national test conducted in person during the pandemic. 49,084 candidates are expected to the tests.
The exam will be held from 13.00 to 18.00. Orientation is arrive two hours in advance to avoid crowds.
In the SP state alone, 10,000 candidates are registered to take the test at 33 application points, which gives an average of 303 candidates per test place.
The exam is optional. According to OAB, anyone who does not want to take the test this Sunday will automatically participate in the next edition of the test, which has not yet been released.
To minimize possible coronavirus transmissions, OAB has taken the following preventive measures:
- Gel alcohol in entrances, corridors, toilets and application rooms
- Thermometer to measure the temperature at the test sites
- More expensive
- Distance between test persons
The OAB exam, which will take place this Sunday, was scheduled for April 5. This is not the first time that the race needs to be relocated.
In 2018, the practical test planned for May took place in June due to the truck drivers’ strike.
In 2016, the date of the lens test in Salvador was changed. From July it was August.
And in 2012 there was a reuse in Ipatinga (MG) due to lack of electricity. The start date, December 16, has been relocated to January 6, 2013.
