Lucina wakes her magazine!
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is huge. Not only in terms of hype and importance and sales potential, but only when it comes to clean things. Nintendo Switch Mascot Fighter has over a hundred steps, almost a thousand songs, and too many Pokemon and Articles and Assist Trophies to think about crammed on a cartridge you can plan on the go or on a TV. When you have so many big franchises like Nintendo, putting them all in one game will make the game a very big boy.
But the biggest, most exciting with Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is his brainwashing, heartfelt list of playable characters. Martial arts not only rely on the power of their mechanics without the strength of their fighters, especially in a crossover fighters like this one. And Super Smash Bros. Ultimate crushes all rivals by including every playable character from the four previous games in the twenty-year series. Include the new combatants and so far we have over 70 fighters to reconnect our heads. We are happy, but we are also scary. How to get ready for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, every day, character for character, we create the ultimate guide to all its characters. Today's fighters: Marth and Lucina.
Who are they?
Brand emblem, like other JRPG franchises Final Fantasy, often changes casting and settings, which only contain loose thematic links between games. But as the star in the first entry in the series Four Emblems: Shadow Dragon and the Light's Leaf, Prince Marth is the de facto classic star of the series, probably the most recognizable heroine hero. His legendary status is also a plot in later games. IN Fire emblem: Wake up, Lucina declared herself as "Marth" before revealing her time constant true identity.
Marth has one of the more fascinating Smash Bros. stories. To begin with, his elegant sword-based movement made one of the few secret characters in melee which was completely original. But even more shocking at that time Brand emblem had never been released in America. If you were not the Nintendo fan's most hardcore niche, you had no idea who Marth was! This created such fascination around the series as 2003 Nintendo was capitalized by finally releasing Brand emblem in the west where there is a now a popular key franchise. Smash is not just a big game. It raises other games.
What's new in Ultimate?
People liked Marth not only because of his mystery but also because he consistently is one of the best characters in the game. And he seems quite alike in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. The key to success with Marth is that you separate yourself from your opponent properly, because the top of his Falchion sword makes the most damage. As in Smash Wii U / 3DS, you can also use Echo Fighter Lucina whose parallel Falchion does the same no matter where you hit. New i Final is a passable, optional English Marth vocal dub.
Marth was my main character in the back melee days before I became a victim of Ganondorf's terrible charm. And I used Lucina a lot in Smash Wii U / 3DS. So if they are still good, and that seems to be the case, I'll definitely check them out Smash Ultimate. My biggest hope is no more Brand emblem Characters are introduced as essentially Marth's movement, as it describes the majority of them already in the game.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate releases 7 dec for Nintendo Switch. Before we can play more for ourselves, the changes we talk about here are the most speculation. For more thoughts check our Smash hands-on and cool Switch games to play that are not Smash Bros.., because they are definitely there.
