The young Monegasque approached Charles Leclerc to his expected first victory in Formula 1. At the age of 21, one of the pilots with the most future in motor sports world had dominated almost the whole of Austria's Grand Prix, but on closing, another young prodigy turned out to catch the victory with a very bold maneuver.
Max Verstappen (also 21), who sent round after knee his difference with first place, managed to be less than a second of Leclerc to try at any time sorpasso.

After a couple of unsuccessful attempts, he managed to proceed with a daring maneuver at shot 69: he won the rope on a curve to Leclerc, who had to continue off the track and left the first position.
The battle against Leclerc was very strong, and he had no chance to recover. Ferrari fans have to wait: The young prodigy of the team is close to the victory but it is not yet his turn to reach the top of the podium. The celebration was all for the Dutch Red Bull.
