Mario voice actor enters the Guinness Book of Records

Charles Martinet, Mario's voice actor, has just entered the Guinness Book of World Records. As you can imagine, thanks to his long career, this is the voice of everyone's favorite plumber.

What we refer to is that Martinet received recognition from Guinness to be the actor who played the most of a single video game character. Interestingly, this item broke out with the release of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, title as he played Mario Bros for the 100th time.

To celebrate this achievement, Martinet posted a photo on their Twitter account. There we see him getting his Guinness recognition. Next to the photo he made a message thanking Nintendo and Guinness to make it possible.

It is important to note that Martinet is not just Mario's voice in the Nintendo universe. We say this because he also plays Luigi, Wario, Waluigi, Baby Mario and Baby Luigi. In addition, he has worked in other games like Runner3, Resonance of the fate and Kane & Lynch: Dead Men.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is now available exclusively for Nintendo Switch. You can learn more about him by reading our review or visiting his file.
