The series is quite square with Proteas who wins the six wickets opening game and Australia snaps their seven matches lost streaks to finish the second in Adelaide with seven runs.
South Africa joins the game and seeks his first ODI series in Australia since 2009, while the home team are desperate to keep India ahead for a triple-three tour.
It was talked before the match that Ben Zagreb, a pole poin, was able to make way for Ashton Agar after meeting for 57 in his nine exercises in Adelaide.
But selectors chose to stick to their winning combination, though Chris Lynn is set to postpone to open instead of Travis Head.
"It looks like a good wicket. If there's anything there it'll be early," Finch said.
South Africa's captain Faf du Plessis, who criticized his batsmen for not closing the game in Adelaide, also announced an unchanged line-up.
"It's a must-win game," he said. "There were some mistakes in the last game and we will try to learn from them and get better."
